New official Desmume release (0.9)

First of all, as this is important for me, I want to say that the important thing to remember from this post is that the official desmume team is doing an ammusing work.

So, the news is that the official team (which I'm member of, but haven't contributed much to lately) that is working on Desmume has released a new version. I've committed a minor amount of my work there: a little CPU fix that makes Dead'n'furious playable (I talked about it in the past) and other minor fixes and improvements. I'm too busy to be able to work more on Desmume (or any other project, for that matter), and there's talented people working there that seem to be more focused and able to do impressive work on the project that I am,:any way it's nice to see that the official version is progressing.

Still, it's very different from my version (nor better of worse, just different), as I focused on different stuff, but it's what you get from different branches of the same project. Keep an eye on what that team (and maybe me, if I get some free time and motivation) is going to get done, because it's going to amuse most of you.

First of all, the Desmume surprise me, how much awsome the emulator is...
Thanks for all team (that's obvious includes you).

It's bad for both projects (Desmume and Jpcsp). Your experience with emulator, graphics (3d e 2d) and etc. always help the emu scene.

I stay imaging the merge would be greatful... just kidding I know your actual position about your code and I respect. :)

It's nice see a new post...

Well, I already talked to shadow about the jpcsp implications, and with most of the Desmume team about how much I can contribute. On the later, I committed a few of my most important fixes (a Thumb core bug and a display list bug), but that's because I'd already coded on my version and it was just a matter of minutes doing so.

Being my real life as it is, I can't devote time to any project, not a large one like an emulator is. At least not on the upcoming month or so.

Hey Shash, I keep seeing ppl complaining about the speed of the emulator. Well I have fixed the problem with every game I have played so far. And I wanted to tell you my fix for the speed (In case you havn't got one yet, if you do, I'm sorry for bothering you.) Please Reply back if you need to know it, I didn't know where to place the fix for everyone to see, and i know you can post it on the FAQ for everyone to see, plz Reply if I can help.

Texane: I seriously doubt you did so, but post that solution in the official forums (http://forums.desmume.org)

I have done so, I hope it helps others as it has helped me. If it doesn't work for anyone but me.... then I am puzzled and seek your forgiveness for your loss of time....
